Customers rave about the lamb biryani, a rich and savory dish that hits all the right notes. The warm hospitality from the staff adds a personal touch, with many guests appreciating the little extras like water and snacks they often provide.

Some diners have found the sweetness level of certain teas, particularly the English-style teas, to be higher than expected, leading to mixed reviews in this area. Additionally, while the full English breakfast receives praise for its quality, it may not hold the same allure for those specifically seeking traditional deshi flavors. Some guests have noted that peak hours can lead to a crowded experience, especially during Sundays, making the quest for a peaceful meal challenging at times.
Parking, though available, can be limited during busy times, which may detract from the convenience of visiting Cafe Lime for lunch or dinner. A small few have mentioned that communication can sometimes falter during rush hours, leaving some orders slightly mixed up—albeit with an option for friendly resolution.
I stopped by this shop to grab something quick to break my fast, and I was really touched by the kindness of the person there. Not only did they serve me delicious food, but they also added a few extra items — some sana, shingara, a bottle of water, and even a hot beverage! Such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. The food was tasty, but the generosity and warmth of the staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!
I’m a regular customer at Café Lime. They serve authentic Bangladeshi and Italian food with very friendly service. The menu offers a wide variety of items. I often come here for their special Karak Chai and Deshi snacks. Highly recommended if you want to try delicious Deshi food!
An Indian/British cafe. I'd recommend going for the deshi nasta (an Indian dish) for something very tasty and different to the full English, which they also sell (it was ok). I wouldn't recommend the tea if you are after the usual English tea as this it is much sweeter here.
We had breakfast in cafe lime . The owner was a lovely friendly man and we were greeted with a friendly good morning which always gives a good vibe to a place. The full English was good and they had a continental breakfast also and plenty of Indian options . The coffee was good and the orange juice was fresh . Would definitely return .
Come here regularly for coffee and snacks. I enjoy the coffee it’s full of flavour. The food tastes like traditional homemade Bangladeshi food. Definitely recommend them. FYI They do take cash or credit card payment and they are fully halal.
Friendly owner and good value for money. Space inside clean, light and airy. I ordered the English breakfast. See photo. £6.99. Nice and filling. Freshly cooked. Would come back if in the area again.
I Had grill chicken with garlic bread, chips and coleslaw salad. Tried also chicken biryani. Price is reasonable and service and food is a 5 🌟 I highly recommend it
